Je to tu skv\u011bl\u00e9 v mnoha sm\u011brech. Nejprve bych cht\u011bl vyzdvihnout kvalitu sout\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00edch, m\u00e1me \u0161anci zde sly\u0161et mnoho talentovan\u00fdch um\u011blc\u016f. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 c\u00edt\u00edm, \u017ee sout\u011b\u017e zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1v\u00e1 i jistou vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed hodnotu. Nen\u00ed to sout\u011b\u017e ve smyslu v\u00edt\u011bz\u016f a pora\u017een\u00fdch, ale ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 \u0161anci n\u011bco vyhr\u00e1t. I ti, kte\u0159\u00ed se neum\u00edst\u00ed na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b, se mohou c\u00edtit ocen\u011bni a odnesou si cenn\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti. <\/span>Panuje zde v\u00fdborn\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra a organizace je vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed, v\u0161e b\u011b\u017e\u00ed jako hodinky.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rozd\u00edl mezi houslov\u00fdmi \u0161kolami je rozhodn\u011b vid\u011bt. Nap\u0159\u00edklad kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo z rusk\u00e9 houslov\u00e9 \u0161koly u\u010d\u00ed ve Francii, nebo kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo u\u010d\u00ed dle belgick\u00e9 \u0161koly v Izraeli, pozn\u00e1te \u0161kolu, ne zemi. Bylo by slo\u017eit\u00e9 porovn\u00e1vat v\u0161echny sout\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00ed s jin\u00fdmi zku\u0161enostmi a v\u00fdb\u011brem skladeb, proto n\u00e1m pr\u00e1ci usnad\u0148uj\u00ed zaveden\u00e9 kategorie. Z t\u00e9 prvn\u00ed bych cht\u011bl ocenit v\u0161echna v\u00edt\u011bzn\u00e1 m\u00edsta, sout\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00ed podali \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9 v\u00fdkony. V ostatn\u00edch kategori\u00edch byly takt\u00e9\u017e pod\u00e1v\u00e1ny fenomen\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdkony, ov\u0161em u\u017e bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 rozeznat dva t\u0159i sout\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed mezi ostatn\u00edmi vynikali.<\/span><\/p>\n

Na co se nejv\u00edce zam\u011b\u0159ujete, kdy\u017e hodnot\u00edte sout\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00ed, na techniku, emoce nebo n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho?<\/b><\/p>\n

Je to kombinace v\u00edcero parametr\u016f, nav\u00edc ka\u017ed\u00fd porotce se s\u00e1m zam\u011b\u0159uje na n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. U mlad\u0161\u00edch sout\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00edch se sna\u017e\u00edme odhalit, co na nich zanechali jejich u\u010ditel\u00e9, jestli se jejich styl u\u010den\u00ed odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed v hran\u00ed. S postupem \u010dasu hled\u00edme i na proc\u00edt\u011bnost a emoce. U star\u0161\u00edch sout\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00edch u\u017e se nav\u00edc zam\u011b\u0159ujeme i na styl a techniku, tady u\u017e je vid\u011bt, jak se pocitov\u00e1 str\u00e1nka slu\u010duje s tou technickou.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ve \u010dtvrt\u00e9 kategorii jsme m\u011bli mo\u017enost sly\u0161et i va\u0161i \u017e\u00e1kyni. Bylo to pro v\u00e1s v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9 vystoupen\u00ed, nebo jenom jedno z mnoha?<\/b><\/p>\n

Bylo to n\u011bco v\u00edc. \u0158ekl bych, \u017ee jsem byl nerv\u00f3zn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ona. A i pro ni to byl v\u00fdznamn\u00fd moment, m\u00edt mo\u017enost hr\u00e1t p\u0159ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed porotou je pocta. Kdy\u017e hrajete na koncert\u011b, v\u00edte, \u017ee tam je publikum, kter\u00e9 si p\u0159i\u0161lo u\u017e\u00edt sv\u016fj \u010das. Ov\u0161em na sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed v\u00edte, \u017ee budete pozorov\u00e1ni a hodnoceni, jste pod v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm tlakem. J\u00e1 s\u00e1m to tak\u00e9 pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m v\u00edc. Tady jsem m\u011bl mo\u017enost vid\u011bt nejenom, jestli hraje dob\u0159e nebo \u0161patn\u011b, ale i jestli ta pr\u00e1ce, kterou do jej\u00edho rozvoje vkl\u00e1d\u00e1m, je n\u011bkde vid\u011bt. J\u00e1 byl s jej\u00edm v\u00fdkonem nadm\u00edru spokojen.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is your first time at KHS. How would you describe the atmosphere of the competition?<\/b><\/p>\n

I find it really nice in many ways. First of all, the level of the performers is very high, so there is an opportunity to hear some very talented players. At the same time, I feel that there is an educational value transmitted through the competition. It is not a traditional competition with winners and losers but everybody wins something. So even those who do not place 1<\/span>st<\/span> feel appreciated and they can take something from the experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

The atmosphere is wonderful, the organization is great, and everything is on time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Do the levels of players change throughout the categories?<\/b><\/p>\n

Of course, the level of maturity is different in every category, and we also find different things to listen to in each of them. You cannot judge a 7-year-old and a 15-year-old the same. In each category, there are contestants with a high level of skill for their age, I would say we even have some real professionals here. And there is also so much variety with different nationalities and schools.<\/span><\/p>\n

Can you tell when the players are from different countries?<\/b><\/p>\n

I can tell the different violin schools. It is always obvious when, for example, someone from a Russian school teaches in France, or someone from Belgian school teaches in Israel. It is very clear here with different types of holding, techniques and interpretations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Would you say that the younger ones are more emotional?<\/b><\/p>\n

I am not sure. Maybe small children understand certain situations differently and play more freely. But as you invest more in what you do, the pressure goes up. Then, you are more aware of the small details that make big differences. There are some contestants who love the stage more and some who are really introverted, it really depends on the personality.<\/span><\/p>\n

Do you have a favourite performance so far?<\/b><\/p>\n

It\u2019s very difficult to compare players with different experiences and compositions, that is why we have those categories. So if I had to choose from the 1<\/span>st<\/span> category, I would say all the winners played exceptionally. In the remaining categories, the average level was really high but I could already recognize two or three players that were very impressive.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you focus on the most when you evaluate performances \u2013 technique, emotions, or something else?<\/b><\/p>\n

It is a mix of parameters. Every jury member will also focus on something different. With younger students, I was looking for a trace of their teachers, something they left on them of their own teaching. And as they progress, I look for their feelings and emotions. With the older ones, you look for styles and techniques, it is the place where emotions connect with the physical aspect.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the 4<\/b>th<\/b> category, we had the chance to hear your student. Was it special for you to hear that or was that just one of many other performances?<\/b><\/p>\n

I would say it was special. I think I was more nervous than she was. It was also a special moment for her \u2013 to play in front of an international jury and such. At a concert, you know there is an audience who came to enjoy themselves. But at a competition, you know you are judged, more pressure. I myself am also sensitive to that. Here, you do not only see whether she is good or not, but whether the progress we are trying to implement is working. And I was satisfied.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
