Dear friends and supporters of Jaroslav Kocian,
Please allow me to inform you that after the unexpected passing of Pavel Hůla, Pavel Šporcl, violin virtuoso and the current patron of the competition and artistic director of the Kocian Ústí Music Festival, has been appointed to the vacant post of chairman of the expert jury for the 64th Kocian Violin Competition.
I firmly believe that the jury will be as united in opinion as in previous years and the competition will run smoothly and to the greatest satisfaction of all participants.
