We warmly invite you to a seminar for educators as part of the 68th Kocian Violin Competition.
Wednesday, May 7, 2026, 14:00–18:00, Concert Hall, Jaroslav Kocian Music School, Ústí nad Orlicí.
The open teaching sessions (masterclass) will be led by prof. Małgorzata Skorupa (Poland), Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk, teacher of laureate 2025. With advanced and intermediate students, he will demonstrate his teaching methods and explain his principles.
The seminar will focus on students’ artistic growth, motivation, and methods to sustain their interest in music. Participants will receive a certificate.
Teachers whose students are registered for the 2026 Kocian Violin Competition have free entry but still need to submit an application. Students wishing to consult their repertoire should register as active participants.
